A. No. Just leave your clothes out for us and we'll return them on the next delivery day to your predetermined drop-off location.

A. No. Why pile up dirty clothes? One item is fine.

A. No. We have no minimums on order size, or frequency of use.
Q. Do you have next-day service available? [Show Answer]
A. Yes. In emergencies we can make special deliveries. However, for customers who use our service regularly, emergencies are rare.
Q. Can you hold my clothes until I return from a trip? [Show Answer]
A. Yes, we'll deliver your clothes to you on the next service day after you return home.
Q. How do I tell Art Cleaners about a special request with my garment? [Show Answer]
A. Simply leave a detailed note in your bag identifying the specific garment along with your specific cleaning instructions.
Q. What type of bag do I use to put my clothes in for pick-up? [Show Answer]
A. At no charge we'll provide Art Cleaners blue laundry bags. If you do not have an Art Cleaners blue bag, just leave your cleaning in a plastic bag in your usual drop-off location.
Q. How will you know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days? [Show Answer]
A. Upon sign-up your driver will call you to discuss your drop-off and pick-up days.
Q. How do I pay you? [Show Answer]
A. We offer convenient monthly billing unless you prefer to pay by credit card.
